Announcement: Limited Registration, Reserve Your Spot Today!

It’s just the right amount of competitiveness, exercise and socializing.  Everyone [was] so welcoming and patient teaching me the game.  Making new friends is the best part of pickleball.

This co-ed league is open to all adults. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced pickleball player, there will be a place for you! Register now to participate in our Spring season and receive updates on the league.

Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the US and internationally. Whether you have never played and want to learn, or consider yourself an advanced player, come out and play with other Kol Ami members this Spring!

How It’ll Work

We will have six courts, one instructional court, four open play courts and one challenge court. We are pleased to announce that Kim Dunne, our professional instructor, will return this Spring to teach new players how to play. This season we’ve added a skills training class to each week, where Kim will focus on training a different skill each week to players at all levels looking to improve their game. Kim heads Pickleball at the Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club so we are excited to have her join us again this Spring.

All players are expected to download and install Team Reach and use Group Code: KPS23 to get the details for every week and let us know if you will attend or not each week.

This season we will no longer be allowed to use chalk to line our courts so we will use tape instead. We require all players to use Team Reach to share their attendance each week so we don’t waste tape on a court which will not be used. Thank you in advance for helping with this. (We can provide assistance to anyone who needs help installing the Team Reach app or setting it up.)

What to Expect

We will provide balls and have a limited number of paddles available for new players to use. Additionally, we will provide t-shirts again for all players once league play starts!

On May 21, we will hold the first Kosher Pickleball BBQ hosted by Pickleball Sub-Committee co-chair Marc Witte and his wife Susan that is open to all players at noon. (Rain date will be June 4.)

To ensure your participation, please register early! Once all spots have been filled, a wait-list will be created in the event of cancellations. Note: participation is guaranteed first for all Kol Ami congregants and then to friends and family based on registration date.

About the Kol Ami Kosher Pickleball League

League fees will be used to cover the cost of any needed equipment, t-shirts for participants, a group pickleball instructor and BBQ. Remaining funds will be used to subsidize costs for all of the fun Up & Comers Group events.
